When you are trying to configure your user in the Groupware server side integration you are facing the following message:

"ISA-024: This Microsoft Exchange Account Is Already Registered. Please Specify Another Account."

SAP Cloud For Customer

Your user e-mail address is already registered in Groupware service for a different tenant.

To prevent this message from showing up you need to completely deprovision your user from the other tenant, so you are able to configure it in a new one.
