3111551 - SkillSoft does not import new items

Customer is running the Skillsoft connector, but no courses are syncing. Customer was able to import courses in the past in the same system.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. LMS Admin >
2. Configuration >
3. Connectors>
4. Schedule it to run>
5. After it completes, check the imported courses>
6. Notice that no new courses were imported.

One of the causes maybe due to incorrect values set up in the Connector settings under LMS Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > CONNECTOR.

Please create a ticket with Cloud Support team so we can investigate our logs to assist you in the troubleshooting.
