How to enable and grant permission to Theme Manager, please refer: 2644051 - Enabling Theme Manager in SAP SuccessFactors

1. Admin Center > Theme Manager
2. Select the desired theme
3. On the left side menu > Open "Fine Tune"
4. Open "Portlets"
5. Change the HTML Code Color of the field "Header text color" to the desired color
   

NOTE: Changing the text color of this portlet may change in other areas in the system.
