3111874 - Unable to create a delivery with BoM items

Symptom

  • Delivery is not created for Bill of Material (BoM) main item when few of the sub-items are unavailable even though sub-items are not part of the same Freight order
  • Unable to create a delivery from Freight Order due to an 'Only 0 qty of material is available' message no. VL150
  • 'An item with no delivery quantity is not permitted. Item will be deleted.' message no. VL367 is raised during the delivery creation from Freight order
