Some certificate authorities (CA) provide two intermediate certificates when renewing or installing the certificate for the first time.
The SSL Certificates tool in CSB doesn't allow you to upload more than one intermediate certificate. If you have more than one intermediate certificate file to upload, you will need to combine them in one single file to be uploaded.
If you only upload one of the intermediate certificates then this could result in the installation being stuck in Installation Requested status.
In this article we are going to show how to combine two intermediate certificates in one file.
