This article aims to show how the job posting table visibility will change as part of 2111 release.

Resolution
You can now view all the posted jobs in the Job Posting Table irrespective of whether you are associated with the posting profile used for posting the job requisition or not.
A Job Posting Visibility option is now available in the Manage Recruiting Posting, under Edit Settings options in the Settings section. You can view only the posted jobs associated with your Posting Profile by default. Disabling the Job Posting Visibility option ensures that all the users have permission to view the posted jobs.
- You are associated with profile A and opening a job requisition that is associated with posting profile B, then:
- If the job is active, you are not authorized to view the job requisition details.
- If the job posting has expired, you are redirected to Select job boards of the Post a job page to post the job as a new job posting.
- You are associated with Profile A and opening inactive job requisitions associated with profile A , then:
- If the profile used to post the job is active, you are directed to the job requisition details page.
- If the profile used to post the job is inactive or purged, you are redirected to Select job boards of the Post a job page to post the job as a new job.
The enhancement ensures that an expired or deactivated job associated with a posting profile is eligible for reposting using another posting profile.
