3112126 - Event-Based revenue recognition for Debit Memo Request on Periodic Service Project

You posted a Debit Memo Request to a Periodic Service Project and expect the deferred revenue with the debit memo posting can be recognized per period along with the service periods of the project. However, the deferred revenue with the debit memo posting will recognize the full amount with the first period-end closing when the project is completed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 

The scenario is not supported in current standard delivery.
The reason is that the debit memo does not contain any information about the duration.
So EBRR does not know how to distribute the amount.

This is a missing functionality, it's suggested to raise a feature request.
