3112239 - User needs to refresh Opportunity Marketplace page twice to see updated cards

The issue is for Career Development Planning (CDP) related opportunities that are shown on the Manage My Opportunities page of Opportunity Marketplace:

• If the opportunity is changed, such as the status change, from the CDP side with the Manage My Opportunities page open, the change won't be reflected on the Manage My Opportunities page after users refresh this page for the first time
• Expected behavior: once the change completed from CDP side, once user re-enter OMP page or refresh OMP page, the change will reflect to OMP side. User doesn't need to refresh twice to get the updates.

Workaround:

Refresh the Manage My Opportunities page again to get the changes.
