3112311 - Service broker error: Service broker identity-broker failed.. Creating IAS tenant in BTP Cockpit

Symptom

While following the steps of the Getting a Tenant For SAP BTP Cloud Foundry subaccount found at Tenant Model and Licensing an error occurs.

The error appears is similar to:

Creation Failed

Error Details:

Service broker error:  Service broker identity=broker failed with : Service 
broker parameters are invalid: A zone is required to use this service. To 
get a zone, link an identity Authentication tenant to the subaccount with 
the "Establish Trust" option. For more information:
