Since Monday October 25th, Recruiting Posting system is facing major instability regarding the API. Customer using webservice integration are facing lots of times out while trying to access RPO.
This is not a release issue.

Reproducing the Issue
- Access Recruiting Posting in webservice access
- Get random time out error
Cause
Root Cause Analysis : Due to temporary timeouts on our database, multiple sessions have been created for some offer queries, although our code was designed to handle only single sessions.
The fix provided consists in destroying any session (and not only single ones) so that ATS are not blocked when making new offer queries after database latencies.
Resolution
Status : Resolved
Impact : Unable to access Recruiting Posting with the Webservice integration.
Workaround : Try again to access Recruiting Posting system, the error is random but occurs a lot.
