How is the email for "Booked Candidate Interview Update" triggered?

When the email trigger "Booked Candidate Interview Update" is enabled in Recruiting Email Triggers, the system populates the associated email template by default when sending an email to booked candidates in Interview Scheduling. 

In case of non-booked candidates, it is only possible to send a reminder and the email template would need to be selected manually. 

When the email trigger "Booked Candidate Interview Update" is enabled and the candidate booked:

1. Select the booked candidate
   
   
2. Select the candidate and click on "Send Email"
   
   
3. The email template associated with the trigger "Booked Candidate Interview Update" is populated by the system
   
   

When the email trigger "Booked Candidate Interview Update" is enabled and the candidate non-booked:

1. Select the non-booked candidate
2. Select the candidate and click on "Send Reminder"
   
   
3. The email template needs to be selected manually
