How to enable custom layout for Onboarding notifications?

With custom layout settings, you can define the layout and the background of all the e-mails. If a custom layout isn't configured, the default layout is used.

1. Go to Admin Center, Email Services, Email Settings, enable Use Custom Layout. Paste a custom HTML content in the text area to customize the e-mail layout.
2. To view the custom layout before submitting the changes, click Preview.
3. Click Submit.
4. Click here to view the default layout and customize it.

*Note: Creating custom layout can be done by an Admin or Partner who has/have background on HTML coding. Otherwise, pasting any layouts with incorrect HTML coding might return an error.

*Note: The custom layout will only be visible on the external welcome letter template to the Onboardee.

*Note: The Custom Layout is for all emails.
