3112925 - Archiving Onboarding Tasks - Onboarding

Behavior of archiving onboarding tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Follow implementation guide Archive Onboarding/Offboarding Tasks to configure it.
2. Rule must exist.
3. Event Reason "No Show" exists for both Onboarding and Offboarding.
4. Effective Date of 01/01/1900.
5. BizX Daily Rules Processing job in provisioning should be running without error.
6. Job owner has Cancel Onboarding permission.
7. When rule matches, the job will pick all the process meeting rule criteria. What happens is, rule will mark as Completed or Cancelled based on status: Hired, Ready to Hire, Not started or Open, from ONB2Process object.
8. Based on ONB2Process status respective Activity task will be updated.

Note! Be sure to configure Event Reason "No Show" for Offboarding as well, otherwise tasks can remain even if the job is running and archiving the Offboarding process itself.
