How to attach file uploaded by candidate in New Employee Step to an email notification during the Onboarding Process.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

With the current offering of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0, the application does not have feature and functionality to attach file in an email notification (those provided/uploaded during the process). The only attachments that are possible to be send are the forms related to the process and that are previously configured for the activity.

We encourage our customers if they feel the ability to to delay notifications and should be part of the product, kindly create an enhancement request on the SAP Influence Portal.
