3113437 - SuccessFactors - User Access to Certain Features

• You have access to one feature or tool on one Test Instance and do not have access to it on another instance.
• You then check to see if user's permission roles has feature enabled and notice it is not.

The User that has access to feature or tool is assigned to two or more Permission Groups. One of these groups has the access enabled under Manage Permission Roles.

1. Check if user is assigned to two or more Permission Groups under Manage Permission Groups
2. When you notice the user assigned to a second group, check that group under Manage Permission Roles and feature will be enabled.
