3113453 - BPC (Embedded) Workflow – Link to BPF activity in email leads to empty activity page

Symptom

  • When accessing to a BPC workflow BPF activity generated via email to access the activities according the workflow, the activity was generated correctly. The access via BPC web works fine.
  • But when clicking on the generated URL (from Email), for example :
    https://xxxxxxx:8443/sap/epm/bpc/web/?email=true&app=ZZZZZZ&instId=EBF439004FBB11F18110005056B00029&actId=EBF439004FBB12F18110005056B00029&connType=pak&role=O
    This generated link leads to an empty Activity Page in BPC web interface.
