3113575 - Error message KI248 when posting a General Journal Entry

1. Use the App Upload General Journal Entry to upload a Journal entry. Gives the error message KI248 Account requires revenue based account assignment.
   
2. Use App Post General Journal entry to post the Journal entry the error message KI248 Account requires revenue based account assignment is received. The error message may also be Account requires a true account assignment relevant to cost accounting.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use Post General Journal Entries app (F0718).
2. Click on  Upload New Entry.
3. Fill the template file.
4. Upload the excel journal entry template file.
5. The error message KI248 appears.

Cost center and profit center are not permitted as a true account assignment for revenue or sales deduction accounts, but only statistcal account assignment. Please, see the cost element category for the G/L Account in the App Manage G/L Account Master Data under controlling section.

The error generated is correct, as the affected account is a cost element that has cost element category 11 (Revenues) or 12 (Sales deduction).

Use the SSCUI / Configuration Activity (CBC System) Manage Default Account Assignments to derive the cost center for the G/L Account with cost element category 11 (Revenues) or 12 (Sales deduction)

1. Configure to SSCUI / Configuration Activity - 102639 Manage Default Account Assignments.
2. Enter the edit mode.
3. Your G/L Account is the cost element.
4. Go to position of the cost element and company code.
5. Assign the Cost center and check the Profitability segment flag.
