3113674 - SUM error in phase: PREP_INSTALL/DBCONNCHK_SHD

Symptom

SUM gets error in phase PREP_INSTALL/DBCONNCHK_SHD. The error in DBCONNCHKSHD.LOG:
 
4 ETW000  [     dev trc,00000]  ERROR: expected dbuser(<sid>_shd) is not the same as the actual dbuser (<sid>).
2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = MSSQL                            ---  SERVER = '<server name>' DBNAME = '<SID>'"
 
After checking the permission of login <sid> and <sid>_shd by following KBA 592514-MSSQL: internal database users, permissions and security, there is no any issue. 
And environment variables for SQL Server are set correctly by following Note ##128126 - Database connect for external tools. And R3trans -d finishes without error.
