System copy of AS ABAP System failed in ABAP export or import phase - using Software Provisioning Manager (SAP Note: 1680045).

sapinst_dev.log or export/import_monitor.java.log contain this error entries, (/<sapinst_instdir>/.../sapinst_dev.log):
