3114083 - Not Able To Download Files From Task On Data Workbench

Symptom

When trying to download the files from a specific task on Data Workbench you receive an error message.

"HTTP ERROR 404"

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Data Workcbench work center.
2. Open the Monitor.
3. Search for "ABC" task.
4. Under file name click to download the files.
5. You are redirected to a page with the following error: "HTTP ERROR 404"

Cause

If there is a tenant copy for this tenant you would not be able to download the files for the task.

Resolution

If you need the files for your task, you can get these files from the source tenant you did the copy.
