3114085 - Fiori Launchpad empty or blank after migrating from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA 2020

• Integrators/User upgraded ECC to S/4HANA 2020
• However the Fiori Launchpad does not respond or give any indication of success after loading it. 
  It only shows the Fiori Launchpad header and user avatar without any tiles.
