Identity Provisioning Service bundle tenant is created with a subaccount in BTP. In the Cloud Connector UI you try to add the IPS subaccount by using the subaccount tenant id from the BTP cockpit. This gives error:
417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Check the spelling of the subaccount name, user., and password. See "Logs And Trace Files" and in particular ljs-tace.log for details. Consult SAP note 2461997 for possible remedies.
In Cloud Connector ljs-trace.log:
SCC handshake failed with: 401
