3114211 - Flexible Billing Output for PS - Inability to activate Custom Aggregation Rule - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Unable to activate Flexible Billing Output for Professional Services when creating a custom Aggregation Rule and using the standard form template SDBIL_CI_PROF_SRV_ES.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to SSCUI 103967 - Define Rules for Flexible Billing Output Aggregation - PS.
2. Click on "copy as" button and create a new Aggregation Rule.
3. Invert the level 2 and level 3 on "Time and Expense Items".
4. Then click on save.
5. Go to SSCUI 104023 - Define Formulas for Flexible Billing Output Aggregation - PS 
6. In the Dialog Structure - Define Formulas click on "active" the new custom Aggregation Rule 
7. Then in the Decision table set the custom parameters
8. After that, create a Preliminary Billing Document with the standard form template
9. Then go to "Manage Preliminary Billing Documents" app and in the Output field, click on "display document" 
10. Check that description is with the wrong information.

The standard form template is being used for a custom Aggregation Rule. 

When the Aggregation Rule is changed, the form must also be adjusted to display it properly.

If Posting_Period is used as an Aggregation Rule, the AggregationStartDate must be shown as the table title. When other fields are used, the AggregationName must be displayed. This means that when the Aggregation is changed, for example by creating a custom aggregation, the form must also be adapted to show the proper values, since the delivered forms are designed for the standard rule.
