3114368 - Why candidates are added in Manage User - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

After Initiate Onboarding from RCM the user is being added to Manage Users.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

This is the PreDay1 behavior.

Resolution

In order for candidates from Onboarding not to be added in Manage User, the PreDay1 should be disabled:

  1. Go to Provisioning
  2. Select your company
  3. Company Settings
  4. Uncheck "Enable Pre-Day1 Experience for new hires"
