3114375 - Analysis for Office hierarchy variable not passed correctly in BPC 11.1

Symptom

When a user opens a workbook from BPC Web BPF in Analysis for Office, the correct variable is not being passed in the report.

Example: 

  • In BPC 11.1, the launcher file is created with the hierarchy variable value as "ABC".
  • In BPC 10.1, the launcher file is created with the hierarchy variable value as "+ABC(XYZ)".
