Is it possible to automatically send emails when a comment is added into the Application?

The system currently has a standard Recruiting Email trigger that is in charge of updating specified recipients(specific email addresses, users or operators on the Job Requisition) about the update that has happened on the application. The downside of this trigger is that it does not distinguish which field has been updated, and it is not possible to capture what has been changed or which value has been added, for example a new comment.

One other approach that can be used, is to create this email outside of standard Recruiting Email Triggers, using Intelligent Services for Triggering the integration as it is updated, and collecting the information with an Integration(recipient of the email the updated value, and then send the email.
