Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to "Reporting";
- Create a new EP Domain report or edit an existing one;
- Go to "Columns";
- Click to select the columns;
- Select "All Ratings";
- Add the "Rating Type" field as well as all required fields to the "Selected Columns";
- Do all other required configuration in case you are creating a brand new report and hit the "Preview" button;
- See the "Rating Type" values display in English;
- Now switch system's language to another language and see that one or more values do not have a translation and therefore are displaying in English.
Cause
One or more translations have not been defined in Manage Languages - Provisioning

- Add the translation to it;
- Save the file;
- Go back to Provisioning;
- Click to "Add custom locale";
- Add a Custom Language Name;
- Hit "OK";
- Expand the selected language;
