3114431 - Application error when clicking on Candidates in the Job requisition - Recruiting

Error is displayed when clicking on Candidates in the Job requisition.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting

1. Go to Job requisition
2. Click on Candidates
3. Error happens

• Splunk logs : while trying to invoke the method com.successfactors.rcmapplication.bean.CandidateDMBean.setRcmCacheMgr(com.successfactors.rcm.api.util.IRCMCacheMgr) of a null object loaded from local variable 'candidateDM'
• Cause : This is a configuration issue, the Job Requisition Template does not have any Job Application Template associated with.

• Define the Job Application Template to Job Requisition Template via Admin Center > Manage Templates. Refer KBA Article : 2846275

• Please engage your implementation partner to associate Job Application Template to Job Requisition Template  in the Job requisition XML template.
