When trying to find a user's availability in Outlook Integration, the error below displays:

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Recruiting > Interview Scheduling
- Select the Job Requisition and candidate you wish to schedule an interview
- Select the user
- Click on Find Availability
- Receive the error
The cause we have identified so far is:
There is a misconfiguration in Outlook Integration set up: service account, type of connection, URL, location of Server.
The configuration of Outlook Integration is provided by the company's IT team as it refers to the company's Exchange configuration. So, the resolution to this is to review the settings so that it will match the server configuration.
