SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Manage Recruiting Team Settings
2. Under an Operator Team (e.g. Recruiter Team), add a user to "Add Default Primary User"
3. Create a Job Requisition
4. The Default Primary User configured did not populate to the Operator Team field (e.g. Recruiter Team)

The options Add Default Primary User and Add Users to Team have different functions:

• Add Default Primary User is used for assigning a user to the Operator field (e.g. Recruiter)
• Add Users to Team is used for assigning a user or users to the Operator Team field (e.g. Recruiter Team)

This means a user added in Add Default Primary User will not populate to the Operator Team field. Likewise, users added into Add Users to Team will not populate to Operator field.

Use the Add Default Primary User to prepopulate the Operator field (e.g. Recruiter). On the other hand, use Add Users to Team to assign user or users to Operator Team field (e.g. Recruiter Team).

Note: When an Operator (e.g. Recruiter) is part of the Route Map, in the short requisition create page, the Recruiter field is pre-populated with Default Primary User. If opted to update the assigned/prepopulated user, system honors this change and will no longer use the Default Primary User on job requisition created.
