Symptom
When an Appointment is canceled in Outlook, but the Note outlining why the meeting was canceled is not visible.

Reproducing the Issue
- An Appointment is canceled in Outlook
- While in the process of canceling the Appointment, there was a note updated in order to inform attendees why the meeting was canceled
- The Appointment was canceled in C4C system after sync
- The Note outlining the reasons is not visible in C4C
Cause
Expected Behavior
Resolution
Canceled meetings in Outlook are basically deleted meetings. After you press "Send cancellation", it would delete this object from Outlook calendar. When the sync runs after, it detects that there is no meeting and cancels it in C4C instead of deleting it. It does not synchronize other data such as notes for example
