3115211 - Capture thread is down in Active RepServer due to ERROR #74056 - SRS 16.0

• Capture thread  is down on the active replication server with the following error:
  
  ERROR #74056 Capture SYNC(xxx.xxx) - ic/cmdxlat/xlatlob.c(539)
  The total length(16113) got during grouping partial LOB blocks is greater than the block length(12514) in the END block. Capture will shut down because of this error. Table(xxx), Column(xxx).
