3115447 - Can't add email address from Project Manager to project invoice form

If Project Manager at header level is quoted on the output form, user can only see its name and cannot differentiate the project manager by email address or any other details.

1.  Open one Billing Document which has Project Manager partner function
2.  Print the PDF and find the name of Project Manager in form
3.  But due to the name has many alias in the company user cannot identify who the project manager is.

In header of the form, only the name of Project Manager is available.

Instead of Project Manager node from header level, the same node at item level (ItemProjectManagerPartner) can be utilized for it contains a field <EmailAddress> to differentiate it from all similar Project Managers. To realize it, maintenance needs to be set in the Partner Determination customizing.

For example, in Manage Your Solution App search for Partner Determination in Application Area Sales and Sub Application Area Basic Functions.

• Choose Step 6 Set Up Partner Determination for Billing Item and press Configure.
• Mark CII1 and douple click on Partner Functions in Procedure
• For Function P1 Project Manager maintain the print relevance and set a Print Label (for example ProjectManager).

After making this setting a new node ItemProjectManagerPartner will appear in the XML. In this node detailed data like the email address, first name and last name of the Project Manager is available.

Then the output form PDF will contain the email address at item level besides first name and last name of Project Manager.
