3115997 - Error showing when adding an onboardee in Add New Hire to Onboarding - Onboarding

Customer is experiencing: Error while upserting EC data for user : [User ID]. org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not prepare statement  when adding in "Add New Hire in Onboarding"

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Add New Hire to Onboarding

2. Add an existing user in Add New Hire to Onboarding

3. Click on Initiate Onboarding

4. Warning message will show

"This user already exists in the system. Do you want to initiate onboarding for the existing user?"

5. Click on Ok

6. Error message will show

Update Restart via Add New Hire to Onboarding is currently not Supported. Error provided is currently an Expected behavior.
