3116191 - Print Preview will not close without repeated clicks

Symptom

  • You are using the Print Preview option in an EAM Order or Notification
  • You attempt to exit the Preview by using either the "Back", "Cancel", or "Return" buttons in the SAP GUI
  • Repeated clicking is required before the system returns to the previous screen.
