3116283 - Job Code Search does not work when searching by title, but works when Job Code is used.

The purpose of this KBA is to explain the system behavior when searching for Job Code and Job classification when mapping Job Code to a role.

SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder (JPB)

1. Admin Tools;
2. Manage Job Profile Content;
3. Set up Families and Roles;
4. Roles tab;
5. Open Role;
6. Search for Job Code > Job Code can be found;
   
   
7. However, searching for either title (or part of it) or job classification itself, the one with Job Code 10000500 will not show up.
   

When mapping Job Code to a role, in the textbox we can only search Job Code but not the title of a Job Classification.

Therefore, when searching for Job Classification, do not search for title, but code.
