3116288 - IBP: Requirements to be able to use the Subnetwork filter in the Supply Chain Network app

• With the 2111 release of IBP comes an enhancement to be able to filter by Subnetwork (Planning Unit) in the Supply Chain Network app.
• There are a few requirements in order for this enhancement to be available in the app.

NOTE: Subnetwork in this regard refers to the attribute PLUNITID, not SUBNETWORKID.
