3116362 - Unable to export MTAR file when adding comments

Symptom

You are transporting a package using Transport Management Service mode and fill the Comments text box with break lines or more than 512 characters. When clicking on Transport, the following error appears. The Destinations in BTP Cockpit are correctly configured and the connectivity works. Also, the transport works if there are no break lines or more than 512 characters in the comments.
