3116389 - Notification When Navigating to an External Website although Domain is Whitelisted


The warning message "The link will take you to a third-party site. Are you sure you want to go to..." is still appearing to user when accessing an item which redirect to an external website.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin navigates to System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > WEB_SECURITY  >
  2. Enable the external notification feature, by setting enableInterstitialForExternalURL=true >
  3. Add the domain to the Allowlist (Whitelist) as per Warning Users Before They Navigate to an External Website >
  4. Access item >
  5. When starting the course and clicking on the hyperlink, system redirects user to a external website >
  6. The message below is displayed:


The issue is planned to be fixed with the 2111 Patch 9 (SAP SuccessFactors Community)
