3116860 - Analysis menu disappears from File menu after removing Analysis and Analysis Design from the ribbon

You want to hide the "Analysis" and "Analysis Design" menu from the ribbon using an embedded custom user profile, but the Analysis menu also disappears from the "File Menu".

1) In Analysis for Office, go to File->Analysis->Customize Analysis->Customize User Interface option.

2) On the Ribbon area section, uncheck the "Analysis" and "Analysis Design" groups

3) On the "File Menu" section, keep everything unchanged and save the profile either into the current workbook or another workbook

4) Open the workbook with the embedded profile

Analysis for Office's main user interface is the ribbon and now that the "Analysis" group is hidden from the ribbon, Analysis for Office assumes the add-in is not required, hence "Analysis" is not shown under the File Menu either. It is currently the expected behavior.

To hide the "Analysis" and "Analysis Design" menus from the ribbon, please uncheck all the sub elements of "Analysis" but keep the main group selected and uncheck the group "Analysis Design" in the"Customize User Interface" option. Then save the profile and embed it into the desired workbook.
