3116935 - DB6CONV tablespace error "Tablespace "tabname" cannot be converted; it contains tables with names starting with 'QCM'

Symptom

Start tablespace conversion with Db6CONV tool and encounter error:

Tablespace SID#BTABD cannot be converted;
it contains tables with names starting with 'QCM'
