3117106 - [Onboarding] Error at Document Signature Step

Error while uploading the document to DMS. The document category COMPLIANCE is invalid or was not found

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• Login as the candidate.
• Click the Complete e-Signature tile
• Try to click2sign the remaining unsigned forms
• Error is received.

It is happening as "Compliance "category for onboarding Documents have moved from entity type "Onboardee" to "User" with following change.

Permanent Fix : The issue will be patched on b2111p4 (12-Nov-21).

Workaround : Until the issue is patched you please change the category of document template.

Also once the issue is patched if the e-signature tile is created for the candidate, they will still receive the error. They will need to decline the e-signature task. So the onboarding step will be re-started and then the e-signature step will not receive the error.
