3117247 - Action column stays blank for sub-line item inside the forwarded line item

When action is taken on any child line item for UAR and the parent line item is forwarded action column stays blank for child line-item ,role in case packing of uar is done by user and user in case packing of uar is done for role .

EXAMPLE:If action has been taken for user inside role line item and that role line item is forwarded to approver then the action column becomes blank for that user.
