3117401 - Cannot see Administrators Menu in Cloud Foundry Feature Set B Subaccount Cockpit

Symptom

When expanding the Security menu in a Cloud Foundry Feature Set B subaccount cockpit, no "Administrators" section can be seen. To confirm which Feature Set the subaccount is, click on your name on the top-right corner of the BTP Cockpit and choose "About".

If the subaccount is Feature Set A then this kba is not relevant.
