Symptom

  • Receiving error when trying to cancel onboarding.
  • Error Message:

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the instance
  2. In Homepage, select ONB Dashboard New
  3. Search for any candidates
  4. Select Cancel Onboarding
  5. Fill out the fields
  6. Cancel onboarding
  7. Error appears.

Cause

Card Service Integration is failing during Cancellation.

  • From the logs: "Unable to identify proxy for host: salesdemo4-apimgmt-internal.demo04.sf.priv:9011 and url

Resolution

  • Please log a support ticket if you encounter the same error mentioned in the symptoms
  • A script execution is required to help resolve the issue.
  • Please provide written approval for the Operations Team to execute the script
