Symptom

  • When trying to create or run a Web Intelligence report based on a Google Sheet or an Excel file available in Google Drive, error messages such as

    "An internal error occurred while calling 'processDPCommandsEx' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270) (Error: INF)"

    may occur at runtime in environments with single or multiples clusters.
