3117439 - Field calculation is not working - Recruiting Management

There is a business rule that will automatically calculate the field in job requisition, application or offer but the expected value is not populating.

In most business rules that have calculation, the target field is dependent to other fields. You need to identify the field that is not working and if the field has dependency in terms of calculation in the business rules. For example, the Annual salary is dependent to Monthly salary and Monthly Salary is dependent to Basic Salary. If the Basic Salary is not provided, this is a possible reason why calculation is not working.
