3117444 - Error during creation of a Defect Correction

Symptom

  • When the tester tries to create a Defect, the system generates the following error:
    400: Bad Request Error occurred: Invalid transaction type S1DM
    Error occurred: Invalid SIDM operation type
    400: Bad Request
    Error occurrido: Clase de operación SIDM no válida.
  • Problem occurs for all users
  • User roles include authorization for transaction type S1DM
  • SLG1 log:
    Exception of type '/SALM/CX_TWL_API' has occurred; see details for more information
    Error occurred: Invalid transaction type S1DM.
