3117499 - SOAP sender adapter "IOException:Broken pipe"

Symptom

  1. Using a Synchronous SOAP Sender adapter in the iFlow and there are intermittent failing MPL.
  2. A failed MPL shows Outbound processing in endpoint at <endpoint> failed with message "SoapFault:faultstring=Problem writing SAAJ model to stream: java.io.IOException: Broken pipe; faultcode={http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/}Client", caused by "IOException:Broken pipe".
