3117602 - 2111 Release - Changes to Performance Management schema in Stories with Subject and Form tables - People Analytics

Symptom

  • After the H2 2021 Release, Story Reports that contains Subject fields or Form template fields do not work correctly. 
  • Table "Subject" has been renamed to "Form Subject Snapshot" in the Query Designer
  • "Unable to retrieve data from the data source" error message in Story report with PM schema after 2111 release
